First introduced last August, the feature has been tweaked based on user feedback and comments. Twitter says the new interface is designed “to make it easier to see more of what people are saying.”

Blue denotes people you follow, while replies from the original sender are marked in grey. For stats junkies, the tweet statistics are now buried deeper in the tweet. This includes likes and retweet stats – previously it is in the original tweet, now it is only accessible once the tweet is expanded.
