Now that the app has made its way back to the iOS depository, clicking on the direct link to the TNG eWallet listing on the App Store will no longer display the “App Not Available” error message. Similarly, TNG Digital Sdn Bhd’s profile on the App Store has also listed the app once again. Throughout its disappearance, TNG never really address the reason behind it. The company also did not respond to our e-mail on 7 May in regards to the issue while the only so-called explanation that it provides to selected customers on its social media channels is that the company was sorting out some “app update discussions” with Apple. Meanwhile, it has been quite a productive period for TNG eWallet so far this year. Aside from being one of the official ePemula e-wallets, several new offerings have also been added to the app including the GoPinjam personal loan scheme as well as the support for the new Enhanced TNG card.
