It sounds pretty crazy, but Ultimate Ears explained the process on its website. Instead of regular rubber or silicon tips, these pair of TWS buds have special tips which let it conform to the shape of your ears when you put it in. You then use a phone app to start what UE calls its Lightform tech, to get the buds on the UE Fits to mold to your ears’ shape.
The result is, as the company claims, a perfect fit. Which means better passive noise isolation and no falling off when you’re moving about. It’s also sweatproof and water resistant. And of course, the UE Fits do all the other TWS things like Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and tap interaction. The buds themselves can go for eight hours, and the charging case pushes it up to 20 hours. The UE Fits are priced at US$249 (~RM1036), and are currently available for pre-order in the US. No word on when they will be shipped internationally, but you can sign up to be notified when that happens via its website, linked below. (Source: Ultimate Ears)
