Unlike the standard model, the Venu SQ Music includes built-in storage that allows for up to 500 songs to be stored and also connectivity support for Bluetooth-enabled audio devices. As with most smartwatches in the market, the Venu SQ and Venu SQ Music packs a variety of features such as notifications, call and messaging management, and NFC payment via Garmin Pay. Health and sports related features include heart rate and blood oxygen tracking, but lacks sensors such as a barometer or gyro.
